John Monkhouse has been licensed to sell real estate ion the Province of British Columbia since 1979.  Working as a "career realtor" has allowed John to stay ahead of the curve, continuing education and upgrading skills to stay current in changing conditions and markets.

Highly experienced in residential marketing, development lands, investment property and commercial property sales, John does it all - from sales of multi-million dollar buildings to one-bedroom condos purchased by furst-time buyers.  This unique ability to understand the needs and desires of all parties allows John to facilitate transactions in everyone's best interest.

John has been an active member of the Victoria Real Estate Board since 1979. Pass member of the commercial division, John served two terms as Chairman and sat on the Business Practices and Ethics Committee to help others refine and improve their skills.

John has also taken time to expand his expertise and focus on the sale of large projects such as resorts and vacation homes in Victoria, Kelowna, and Mexico.  While in Mexico, John managed the largest RE/MAX office of the country and became proficient in the complicated system of land ownership for non-residents.
