I have sold a property at Vi Rockland, Victoria.
Fabulous "Heritage" commercial building formally used as a quaint little restaurant. Building is on Victoria's heritage list but not currently designated. Would suite many uses including retail, office, even residential. Main floor set up as working restaurant and was licenced for twenty seats. Basement has some finished rooms including a large working area. Parking for 6-8 cars at the rear. Building is in very good condition from all appearances and would only need interior decorating for it's new use.
